Level Up Your Physics Prep: My Daily Practice Program is Now Open for MYP Students!

I’m thrilled to share an exciting expansion to a program that has become a cornerstone of my educational outreach. After two successful years of helping IBDP Physics students build consistency and confidence with my One Problem Per Day / Daily Practice Problems (DPP) series, I am officially extending the program to MYP students! This decision comes after countless requests from students and fellow educators in the MYP and IGCSE segments. Seeing the impact of this daily-habit-building approach, I knew it was time to provide the same resources for younger learners on their physics journey. How the Program Works The structure is simple, consistent, and designed to fit into a busy student’s schedule without being overwhelming. I started this new MYP series on October 20th, and the four-day weekly schedule (Monday-Thursday) is intentionally designed to cover all four MYP criteria, ensuring a well-rounded and comprehensive review. Why Is This More Effective Than Conventional Study? We all know the traditional cycle of cramming before an exam. This program is the antidote. A Resource for Both Students and Teachers This initiative has always been about community. The IBDP program has helped me grow my YouTube channel to nearly 2200 videos, creating a massive library of physics resources. To support this, the worksheets used for these daily problems are also published in PDF format on my website, ibphysicswithrao.com, under the DPP section. I wholeheartedly encourage students to use them for their practice and for teachers to integrate them into their classroom activities. Thank you for being a part of this journey. I am incredibly excited to see how MYP students will benefit from this structured approach to mastering physics. Master Physics, One Problem per Day: Your Daily DPPs: The Power of Consistency

Last year, I tried an experiment with my IBDP Physics students. The idea was simple: instead of long, overwhelming study sessions, we would focus on solving just one problem, every single day. The results were honestly incredible. It was a sure success. Students who I was genuinely worried about, the ones who were finding the subject difficult, not only passed but did so well. That success wasn’t an accident. It came from building a small, consistent habit. The biggest enemy of learning is feeling overwhelmed. When you look at the entire syllabus, it’s intimidating. But looking at a single problem? That’s manageable. That’s something you can do today. This program helps in two very specific ways: This year, I’m bringing it back. And the big news is that I’m extending this program to my MYP students as well. For MYP, the problems will be focused specifically on the criteria, helping you build a strong foundation of skills right from the start. The goal is to make learning effective without adding a huge workload. It’s about smart, consistent effort. We started yesterday, October 20th. Here is how you can join in: You can find the daily problems here: It’s not about being a genius; it’s about being consistent. Let’s build that habit together, one problem at a time.
